Education is the key to changing the cycles of poverty and children in the Kyamulibwa area are anxious to go to school if given the opportunity. Unfortunately the cost of school fees, scholastic materials and a lunch are often more than a family can afford. New Village Alliance through it’s sister organization SKAU has several programs to support students in their education from providing food to schools for an occasional lunch program to providing reusable menstrual pads and health education enabling girls to stay in school as long as possible.
